Kashmiris of India observed the 'Black Day' on August 15

Major part of Kashmir is under Indian occupation. The Kashmiris  have been denied the right to choose their fate since India became an independent country on August 15, 1947. On both sides of the Line of Control separating Pakistan and India and across the world, they observed India’s Independence Day Saturday as ‘black day’ to convey the message to the world that India has illegally occupied their homeland.

The day was marked by complete strike in occupied Kashmir. You can read the full story by clicking here.
