Border kiling of Bangladeshis by India's trigger happy criminals of the BSF

Here is a disturbing news from Bangladesh's newspaper New Age:
The Border Security Force of India keeps killing unarmed Bangladeshi civilians by shooting and in other ways despite repeated assurances that such serious rights violation in the border would be stopped, rights activists have said. The statistics provided by the rights organisation, Odhikar, showed the number of killings of civilians along the border is highest this year compared with the last four years. Odhikar said 41 people were either shot dead or tortured to death by the BSF between January 1 and November 30 while number of the killings was 35 in 2014, 29 in 2013, 38 in 2012 and 31 in 2011. Ain O Salish Kendra said 105 people were shot dead in the bordering areas of Rangpur and Khulna districts while 83 were tortured to death between December 17, 2015 and January 1, 2011. ‘The New Delhi government continues the low intensity conflict along the border with Bangladesh. The killing of Bangladeshi civilian is absolutely an act of disrespect by the Indian government,’ Odhikar’s secretary Adilur Rahman told New Age.
