Posters in Kashmir warn people to not cooperate with govt. of India

A month after Centre scrapped Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, posters in different parts of Kashmir have appeared on streets, warning people not to cooperate with the government.
The posters, according to the intelligence sources, are intended to create hinderance by preventing return of normalcy in in Kashmir.
The posters warned the government employees, daily wagers, transporters and street vendors, of dire consequences if any of them are seen to be cooperating with the security forces and the Indian government.
The posters have appeared in South Kashmir's Anantnag and Shopian, some districts of North Kashmir, and even in downtown Srinagar.
The posters, in Urdu, mentioned that "those who cooperate are traitors".
The sources believe that desperate to create disturbance in Kashmir, the militants and Over Ground Workers (OGW) are instilling fear in the people of the Valley.

The warning comes after a civilian was killed recently in the outskirts of Srinagar for keeping his shop open.
