My letter to Congresswoman in my constituency

 

Congratulations on your hard-earned victory.

This election was a difficult one for my family because of US-supported genocide in Gaza, West Bank and Lebanon by the rogue state of Israel. Millions of peace-loving Americans were horrified by Biden Administration's and 'Amen' Corner's aiding and abetting of a war criminal and genocidal govt led by Bibi Netanyahu. As the presidential results showed, people punished Kamala Harris for being a partner in Bibi/Biden's genocidal crimes.

For decades, since 1980, I have worked for global peace and human rights. I could not believe what I was seeing and the criminal indifference of our government to the plight of the people in Occupied Palestine. I was not sure I would vote for you since your voting records in favor of Israel showed either your poor judgement or your submission to the AIPAC, which I detested because it was so morally repugnant.

But then, my family decided on the very day of the vote to give you a second chance. WE VOTED FOR YOU. I pray that our decision proves to be right.

I fervently pray and hope that you will work for global peace and not Israeli interest that wants to solidify its colonial settler project with help from the USA.  Israel is a danger to peace and global stability. Our support has made her a monster. Don't let it destroy America.
