Flawed American judicial system?

America's judicial system appears to have serious flaws, esp. when it comes to the minority communities like the Afro-Americans. They are more susceptible for being sentenced harshly than a white American. The link here and below covers the subject that is worth reading.

But outside such flawed examples, in general, it is much better than most other judicial systems in the world: from Sisi's Egypt to Netanyahu's Israel to Modi's India to Suu Kyi's Myanmar to Xi's China.
