Maung Zarni's take on Greg Stanton's piece on Nazi Bullies

This one by Greg Stanton succinctly spells out why USA (and Russia) under Trump and Putin qualifies for the dishonour of being Nazis.
My own understanding of Communism vs Nazism - as opposed to Communism-Nazism nexus - which is what Stanton is arguing in his short exposition is the following:
first, I put the issue in a broader context - in the longer historical span. Colonialisms (settler and franchise) and a garden variety Fascisms are on a single continuum. Communism, which theoretically transcends the idea of "race" and "ethnicity", is a historical anomaly: it succeeded in transforming itself from being a radical and fringe ideology of resistance to the statist - and yes, variously totalitarian - ideology only in 1917 (USSR) and in 1948 (China), primarily. Yugoslavia was a mixed system which allowed for a degree of freedom, but the Southern Slavic people ended up with a neo-totalitarian regime under Tito, who turned authoritarian at home (while partnering with the American corporations and Capital), as the result of Josef Stalin trying to undermine Tito's rule for having defied Moscow's attempt to come under USSR rule.
All these systems have left a trail of death and destruction, in part, in the face of the Imperialist white supremacists constantly trying to undo the progressive agendas which virtually the rest of the world had adopted.
The white supremacist Imperialist/Colonialist centers were universally in Europe and its offshoots such as USA, Canada, Australia and apartheid South Africa.
Imperialisms rooted in White Supremacy have no redeeming values to offer to the world's majority which made up all colonized populations.
Communism did have a desirable set of values: equality, non-racialism, anti-exploitation, gender equality. At least in theory.
Post-communist Russian Federation and CP's China have embraced capital accumulation brilliantly while retaining the authoritarian state structure, modes of operation etc. Still, Marx's fundamental idea of Capital remains intellectually sound and empirically verifiable. Whoever controls the Capital controls the social and political relations which are structured in an organization called "state" (and its organs).
second, Greg's lens has left out the issue of the textbook and still unfolding settler-colonialism which has been pursued by political Zionists of Israel over the last 100 years, since Christian Zionist Balfour's letter to the London-based Zionist Lord Rothschild in November 1917.
What we are witnessing is an extraordinary American phenomenon of Trump's Big Tent where genocidal Zionists loaded with billions in wealth (Miriam Adelson, for instance) and White Supremacist misogynists which Elon Musk comes to personify.
If what we have in MAGA USA today is Nazism then it is a Nazism with quintessentially American characteristics.
The hardest fact that most Americans - including the leftists I have known over the last nearly 40 years - cannot swallow is this: that the United States has never been "the City upon the Hill" or "a beacon of freedom".
Its Conradian heart has always been DARK from the very get-go (unless we are prepared to hold the nose of the sub-continental land grab via genocide and wealth accumulation via the institutionalized enslavement of Africans and people of African descent).
In other words, the United States did not become BAD as the result of the second coming of the Trump Inc. It has always been white supremacist, Pavlovian nationalist or "patriotic", if you like, genocidal, militaristic, expansionist and inhumane, with not a single pause in its historical formation.
I would describe today's Nazi USA, to borrow Greg's terminology as the world's largest and longest running transnational crime network, with the veneer of democratic checks and balances at home, glorified by the greatest public relations machines including its higher education industry, the vast ecosystem of mass media, and the Hollywood.
When the economy was good and vibrant the American ruling class was able to throw substantial crumbs for the labouring Americans to lick off the shop floor. Now the jobs have been shifted overseas - out of the SCIENTIFIC logic of Capital (where Labour equals profits - the cheaper the sweeter) -- and industrial towns have long turned into ghostly crime-infested cities (like US Steel's Gary, India, for instance) the ruling class have, instead, thrown, RACISM, FEAR AND LOATHING of every group that is NOT white, Christian, sexually straight or not misogynist.
That's straight from Hitler's playbook of Mein Kempf. So, this isn't tea-leaf-reading: the same class of White Supremacist blood-suckers at home have succeeded in repackaging as MAGA Saviours defending the majoritarian white masses.
