A message from Maung Zarni

 

Dear Friends,

 

Two items:

 

1) Francesca Albanese's latest report on the corporate-sponsorship, abetting and profitting from Israel-spearheaded genocide by "the Western Civilization". This is in keeping with 500-years of Kiplingesque White Man's history, customs and traditions - loot, theft, mass murder, all glossed in God narratives or the explanation of God's creation, or the "European Enlightenment", an oxymoron, against the fact that Europe (and the West) remains a "savage continent". Anything the West touches turns dead and devastated.

Those of us who have lived under direct White Man's rule and/or, are acutely aware of the fact that we live in the cultural/ideological atmosphere which this 500-years of Western supremacy and domination. There are also hundreds of millions of the "colored men and women" who admire this terminally ill West - and its institutions, from the Ivory Tower to brand name corporations.

 

2) Venezuelan President's justified view on the United Nations - UN is not worth "a half-a-cent".

 

The Latin American country is one of the most oil-rich nations on earth. It has been targeted by the United States - and its European vassal states and Canadian lackeys - for destruction since it refuses to let the Americans control their national asset - oil. Watch Nicholas Maduro here:

Western liberals - and ideologues across the spectrums -  have typically derided economic nationalisms in the resource-rich nations as something of an abomination:  politicians and leaders in the resource-rich world outside the White European World who insist on using their national assets to benefit their own peoples are "blacklisted" for ouster, from Burma in 1947 (Our own nationalist socialist leader Aung San was assassinated with British Army-issued machine guns, just months before the formal transfer of sovereignty, made to look like the local rival masterminded the plot nd pulled the trigger).  Then you had British-American dirty work in Tehran in 1953: a democratically elected socialist lawyer Mossadegh was ousted by the local lackeys of Anglo-American corporate imperialisms which shared the common lust for Iranian oil.  

 

Eighty years after its birth in San Franciscon in 1945, the West-backed genocide has driven the final nail in the coffin of the United Nations.

 

It's painfully ironic that the post-Holocaust international law and institution of states have been slaughtered by Israel, the Jewish Supremacist state that was officially established by the UN on the ashes of the Holocaust victims.

 

What a wonderful world of imperialists!

 

For those millions in the Middle East - and possibly in the near future in Asia and Africa - who look up the sky and see the underbellies of F-35 and B-2 bombers, it's a pitch dark mid-night. It is going to stay dark for some foreseeable future.

 

All great empires built on mass graves, with no exception, come to an end, by a combination of domestic factors and external overreach.

 

I am turning 62 in 4 weeks.

 

My fervent hope is that I live long enough to see the downfall of the Zombie White Man's Empire.

 

Consciously, I use my labour, talent, effort and time to bring it down. A drop in the bucket. Nonetheless, I still am a drop.

 

I don't make bones about my unflinching anti-imperialist sentiments. I don't lick crumbs off the Empire's floor.

 

For me, there is no "honour" "status" or "prestige" in any affiliation or association with the West. That is, any institution that is part and parcel of this mass-murderous eco-system we call "the West".

 

What comes next,after the imploding Zionised Pax Americana - which is really Third Reich on steroids - is a different and secondary issue.

 

China has been made a bogeyman by the existing American imperialists and their lackeys in the West - and in countries like Japan, S. Korea, Philippines, India etc.

 

We (Burmese) share over 1,400 miles of borders with China, and have never been colonized by the Middle Kingdom. It's simply not in the DNA of China to impose their colonial design on neighbours. They are wiser, and self-aware of their own limitations. Beijing is informed by a deep philosophical and cultural worldview. This is in sharp contrast with what Herbert Marcuse calls "the western mind" that sees anything outside itself as something to be dominated, conquered, raped and sucked dry.

 

A for-profit civilization that gives the world McDonald's, KFC, the dyed sugar water called "CocaCola" or "Pepsi", and much of the trash. Enter plastics.

 

So, I concern myself with only the really existing terrifyingly mass-murderous Western Empire, not the next bad guy on the block, CP.

 

This Empire is now steered by the Zionised imperialists of the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Australia, Germany and much of Europe.

 

Socio-biological explanations are unscientific and cancel-worthy. And I don't try to understand or explain this cancer in racial terms.

 

But, as a matter of factly speaking, the West from an institutional and ideological perspective is the single most pathetic, criminal and incurable "civilization".

 

I take a long view of history.

 

The Africans and African Americans lived - and struggled for their freedom - for 400 years. Still, they are not fully free, save a lackey of Wall Street and White Power, like Barack Obama.

 

(The guy's father is, or was, a Kenyan, and Obama kept the burst of Winston Churchill in his Oval Office. Never mind that the despicable Class A criminal Englishman was responsible for genocidal acts, 5 years after Britain signed off on the Genocide Convention, against the Kenyans who revolted against the British rule. Yes, that type of upwardly mobile Black politician, with his mind fully servile and subjugated! He had a kill-list on his White House breakfast table: which Muslim country to bomb or which "Muslim terror suspect" to eliminate. Go figure!)

 

The peoples of places known as Indonesia and Philippines were enslaved - that's the term we Burmese use to describe the conditions of life under the British rule - for more than 300 years. At least, the Indonesians are free while the Philippines' ruling class prefer to be attack dogs of Washington in S. China Sea.

 

"America" is a testosterone-driven teenager behind the wheel of a fancy Ford Mustang, who thinks he is on a speed limit-less Montana highway at a pitch dark night, drunk on cheap Budweiser. Empirically speaking, in its track, the Americans have left literally millions of our fellow humans dead, maimed and devastated, ALL OVER THE WORLD, since its Declaration of Independence in 1776.

I don't shout angry chants on the streets under the cover of anonymity.

 

I told Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, the Green Beret Peter Pace, at Georgetown Leadership Seminar in Washington in the summer of 2004. "What's the difference between your Armed Forces and the "Muslim terrorists", when statistically, we know you Americans kill more innocent civilians, by the thousands, than a suicide bomber?"

 

Pace was a member of the seminar from a previous cohort, and he came to speak to my cohort of 30 individuals as the luncheon speaker. His response was "we don't kill civilians intentionally", as if the slaughtered victims would appreciate that distinction of "intentality". Like the impotent Genocide Convention and hordes of lawyers and scholars splittting legal hair, whether there was "an intent" behind mass murder.

 

Sick and criminal world, really. At least, sick and criminal rulers and their narratives.

 

Alas, that Master Narrative of America, the Beautiful, the Land of the Free, the bastion of Freedom, Equality and Democracy has been buried in Gaza.

 

The rest of the world knows the true colours of the United States. Iranians are not alone in wishing the downfall of Pax Americana. That comes to bomb their homes wantonly. "Submit or die!", is the true American spirit.

 

I KNOW that the funeral of the United States, the now Zionized Empire is in the making. Whether I live to pop the champagne for that joyous occasion or not, I go to bed with the comforting thought that this empire too is in its deathbed.

 

Republic, yes, Empire, absolutely not.

 

On their streets, the good Americans shout, "No Kings". I shout Downfall to any Empire, feudal or republican.

 

You can't have it both ways: you are either an anti-imperialist or an imperialist.
