The military coup d’état bombed Muslims in Kyauktaw twice in four days

The military coup d’état has bombed the Muslim population of Kyauktaw, Arakan State, twice in four days.
The airstrikes were carried out once in the afternoon of September 28 and once in the early hours of September 25.
Yesterday, September 28, at around 12 noon, the military coup d’état bombed the Indian Market and the Kachsapanadi Bridge in Kyauktaw with jet fighter jets, killing 50 people, including traders, cargo workers and pedestrians, and injuring about 60, the Arakan Army (AA) said in a statement on September 29.
The dead and injured include Muslims from Kyauktaw and surrounding villages.
The number and names of Muslims killed in the incident, The details of the deaths are still being investigated by the police.
On September 25, at around 2:00 am, the military dropped nearly 30 bombs on Pyidawthar Ward (9th Street), Paikhe Village and Nidin Village in Kyauktaw Township using a Y-12 aircraft, injuring five Muslims, including a 1-year-old child, and two local Rakhine men, a total of seven people.
The five injured Muslims were U Abu Kalit (35) from Paikhe Village in Kyauktaw Township, Bibi Saneiya (1) from Nidin Village, Bibi Sakhara (8), Sawyim (18), Rohima Katu (37) and Jaberi (43).
The two Rakhine locals who were also injured were U Sein Than (55) and Daw Shwe Yi (54) from Pyidawthar Ward, Kyauktaw Township.
Locals say that the coup-terrorist army is suffering from the ground battles and is continuously targeting civilian areas that are not related to the military, and recently, they have also targeted Muslims.
