The purpose of this report is to advocate for a paradigm shift in framing solutions to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict from the conventional framework of temporary military occupation to one of protracted settler colonialism and apartheid. The report argues for the end of apartheid. At the time of writing this report, the world’s attention was focused, not on apartheid, but on a debate over whether or not Israel’s assault on Gaza constitutes genocide. A growing international consensus says that it is genocide.
