With an undergraduate degree from Stanford, Thiel posed himself as a philosopher-billionaire - like George Soros - touting himself as ‘techno-libertarian’ (that is, anti-State and Ultra-Individual-centered). And yet he made his ££ through US Gov (Pentagon contract).
Being so good at making money is mistakenly viewed as a license to spew out some of history's most dangerously delusional ideas - most of which are half-baked or utterly unbaked. All three of them share resemblance with Adolf Hitler, a nutcase who managed to formulate his unuversalistic world view in Mein Kampf, weaving together all kinds of extremely dangerous nonsense and fooled (‘impressed, inspired, excited and misled” millions of Germans into the whole sale suicidal death end).
We had in Myanmar a shallow charlatan in Aung San Suu Kyi with her half-baked schooling - Oxford PPE, while neither a liberal democrat nor a practicing Buddhist. She fooled the world, and misled 50 million Myanmar into this dead-end of anti-junta opposition wherein she framed herself as Mother of the people. Trump, Vance, Thiel and Aung San Suu Kyi all share delusions of grandeur. Follow them at your own risk
